Jamaican Coffee Smoothie: Serves 1

Get the skin boosting benefits of coffee plus the antioxidant-rich cocoa in this delicious breakfast smoothie.

  • 1 cup (250 ml) cold brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain or Authentic Coffee

  • 1 small banana, preferably frozen

  • 1 cup (250 ml) low-fat, plain yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon

  • 1/2 Tbsp (7 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 handful strawberries, or any berries

Instuctions: Whirl all ingredients in a blender - ENJOY!
