Jamaican Coffee Smoothie: Serves 1
Get the skin boosting benefits of coffee plus the antioxidant-rich cocoa in this delicious breakfast smoothie.

1 cup (250 ml) cold brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain or Authentic Coffee

1 small banana, preferably frozen

1 cup (250 ml) low-fat, plain yogurt

1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon

1/2 Tbsp (7 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 handful strawberries, or any berries
